Run 1199 Doggy Doo

November 30, 2013 By fridayhash

RUN:1199
HARE:Doggy Doo
Kent St Weir, Cannington
22/11/13
RUN REPORT:
The raucous cries of the white cockatoos welcomed us to the runsite at Kent Street Weir. Luckily they did go to bed once the sun went down, so we could hear what went on in the circle.
THE CIRCLE:
With Doggy Doo manning the barbecue, preparing our grub, Tight Arse began his penultimate circle without the hare in attendance.
VISITORS:
D-Cell, newly arrived in Perth from Port Moresby, and looking for a Hash club to call her own; Shrieks , a pilot with Qatar Airways who took a detour; Ann, bridesmaid to Mountain Hawk all those year ago (Tight Arse had his ‘an’s full); Hello Sailor who needed a cheap feed; Suction brought the cheesecake for Doggy Doo’s birthday.
LONG TIME NO SEES:
Skippy, Free Beer, Rita (aka the Lady in Black), Double D, GPS. GPS hasn’t been for so long, we thought he was lost. Tight Arse found out that he had been in the premature ejaculation ward. It was touch and go for a while, but he pulled through. The Lettermen don’t drink alone, so RTT got a cup. Late-cummer, Mel Adjusted, arrived with no Hash gear, so joined them in their down down.
JOKERS:TRUE STORY:
On his way home from Freo’s Doctors & Nurses run on Wednesday night, Sir Fumbles got stopped by a Booze Bus. The young constable saw his white coat and waved him through! He’s going to wear that coat home from hash all the time now.
TSOTW:
Sir Fumbles had a nother tale from the Doctors & Nurses run – Head Banger was encouraging the lads on the balcony of the pub to throw coins into her cleavage as donations to the Street Doctors. A few coins rained down, so C-Man picked her up and turned her upside down. The new target raised lots more money for the cause.
CHARGES:
RTT charged Rita with leaning in circle, as well has having no hash gear AGAIN! She had come prepared to buy a shirt, but the Haberdash was away, so there was nothing to buy. DD Rita.
DUMMY SHORTS:
Dash nominated Shifty. When she arrived tonight, she was waiting for a certain parking space to clear, when the carpark was virtually empty. This delayed the arrival of the Trailer, causing unnecessary thirst to the waiting hashers. Replicar nominated Rita because she would rather be naked than wear the shorts, but she won’t be with us again for a while, so the vote was carried in Shifty’s favour. DD Shifty.

TRAILER:
We still need a volunteer to tow the trailer after the AGM for the new year. Troppo and Doggy Doo are ready for a well-deserved break from their years of service. The Trailer Tugger needs to have a place to keep the trailer, and be responsible for stocking/icing/unloading the drinks each week, as well as bringing the trailer to the run. Even for just a few months would be great. Please ask Troppo for more details of what is involved. If no-one can step in, we will be BYO drinks, and each Hare will be responsible for collecting the other gear barbecue, tables, cutlery) as needed for their run.
MAGAZINE:
Tight Arse will be compiling the magazine in the New Year, so please send him your articles. There are still a lot of members who have not updated their details. Please send them to Radar.
BIRTHDAY:
Doggy Doo celebrated tonight. We sang him the traditional birthday wishes.
SONG:
Doggy Doo returned the favour by leading us in a rousing chorus of the Friday.
